California Fire Code

California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 19
The State of California requires water-based fire protection systems to be inspected, tested, and maintained in accordance with the Title 19 – California Code of Regulations. This is oftentimes referred to as a 5-Year Title 19 Certification. This certification informs state and local fire authorities that your fire sprinklers, standpipe systems, fire pumps, fire hydrants, and their associated equipment meet fire safety compliance standards.
Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO)
The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations provides accreditation and certification to healthcare organizations nationwide. This accreditation informs patients as well as other organizations that a facility can provide safe and high-quality care. Fire Safety First works with hospitals, nursing care centers, and laboratories across Southern California to meet standards set forth by The Joint Commission.
